The Things We Do to Our Pets!

Ok, so today is "Dress Up Your Pet" day, but alas the Lau house is void of any pets. So instead we found the next best thing... a stuffed animal in my daughter's collection! We searched through her many "stuffies" and found the only one that truly resembles a real-to-life animal.

My 14 month old loves clothes, and especially loves watching me dress her beloved babies and stuffies in said clothes. She's not old enough yet to have the dexterity to do it herself, so she hands me what she wants, and then giggles with glee as the clothes come alive on her beloved pets.

Such was the case when we dressed up her "pet" rabbit this morning. In honour of "Dress Up Your Pet" day, here is our "pet"...


In addition to dressing up our silly little "pet" rabbit, I also took a break from work today and enjoyed laughing at pictures on the web of those who truly did dress up their pets! Check these out!
