Chocolate Minty Goodness

I find it increbily cruel that National Chocolate Mint Day falls during my lent fast from sugar. Nothing pleases my sweet tooth more than a chocolate mint dessert ... from After Eights (my fav candy and most memorable Christmas goody from my childhood), to my mother's yummy grasshopper pie, I love the combination of chocolate and mint.

But alas, I was unable to celebrate this holiday in the way it was meant to be celebrated. Instead I was forced to find other ways to honour the day. In so doing, I "googled" and found a variety of surprising "chocolate mint" named things. Check them out.
