Today was a day of celebration that even our toddler could get into! Who doesn't love a good, gooey, grilled cheese sandwich? While I've been known to doctor up my grilled cheese with cheddar and sliced apples, other fruits, assorted meats, etc., today's occassion made the perfect lunch for us as a family, and thus I kept it simple... grilled ham and cheese. Ahhhhhhhhhh....
