My list of favourite things are simple pleasures really. Give me a good movie, a great cup of coffee, a warm blanket, some cozy PJs, and.... a plate of nachos... and I'm yours. So, today was an easy day to celebrate. It was National Tortilla Chip day!
We broke open a huge bag of tortilla chips and snacked on them throughout the day. And then for dinner, well nothing but a big pan of nachos with a side of cumin/spice blend rubbed pork tenderloin woudl do.
The best part? Enjoying the fact that my 16 month old loves nachos even more than I do! ;-)
