According to HolidayInsights.com, today was Pistol Patent Day; a day set aside to celebrate the patent of the pistol by Samuel Colt in 1836. But frankly... who cares? Especially when I'd rather celebrate my birthday! ;-)
So, with all due respect to Mr. Colt and his patent, today we ignored the random holiday calendar and celebrated yours truly instead. Here's to 37 years on this earth, and hopefully many many more.
