I'm not blessed with a green thumb. I admit it. Anything I have ever attempted to grow has wound up dead not long after coming into my care. So today, on "plant a flower day" I decided that I'd focus on the little growing flower in my care --- the beautiful, colourful, growing miracle in my life --- and "plant" some love into her.
Since my workplace gave us today off as "Family Day," it was the perfect day to enjoy some down time ... just me and my monkey. We cuddled, we shopped, we decorated, we played house... and we "drew" some flowers. All in all, a good day.
